"How To Get More Traffic & Convert It To Closings"
I am really looking forward to sharing traffic and conversion strategies for you at the upcoming event.

1. Dates: Friday, March 28th, Saturday, March 29th & Sunday, March 30th.
2. Location is at 1006 Broadway, Dunedin, FL 34698. This is Carl White's private “War Room”
3. Starting Times: 9-5 on Friday & Saturday and 9-1 on Sunday (make sure your flight is after 3pm Eastern on Sunday)
4. There will be a reception on Thursday night, March 27th starting at 7:00pm
There will be snacks, deserts, and drinks served. The address for this will be emailed to the attendees. Please do not give out this address. (UPDATE: We are doing the reception right next to the War Room - there is a micro-brewery there and we will cater appetizers)
5. We will all be having dinner together on Saturday night March 29th (2nd day of event) complements of myself and Carl. Weather permitting, this will be held at an outdoor restaurant. The address and time will be given to you once you arrive at The War Room.
5. You will be given a workbook on the morning of the first day (Friday). We have found that you will learn best if you take notes on this worksheet. There will be some hands-on training with MWS so if you have a laptop, you can bring it to the classes but it is not required.
6. Coffee, water, tea, and sodas will be provided at the War Room location for both days.
7. There are 2 airports you can fly in to. They are both about 30 minutes away from The War Room. Tampa airport (TPA) and Clearwater/St. Petersburg airport (PIE). TPA is much larger, many more flights, and typically very cheap rental cars. Another alternative is to fly into Orlando if you don't mind the 1.5 to 2 hour drive.
8. A link to a private Facebook Group is here. This is only for attendees of this event. You can see about carpooling, sharing cabs, and sharing rooms if you would like. That private group page is also a great place to get to know each other even before you get here. Networking is very important for your success!
9. The dress is very casual. It’s common to for the gang to wear jeans or slacks and short sleeve shirts. We find you will learn best if you are comfortable, so be comfortable. The War Room is kept at a steady 74 degrees, so keep that in mind.
10. HOTELS: The best hotel is right across the street from The War Room. It’s Holiday Inn Express Dunedin. 975 Broadway Dunedin, FL 34698. Tel: 727-450-1200. The rooms are very affordable. Tell them you are with The Marketing Animals and they include parking, breakfast, and WIFI all for free.
